About EWP360

Your advisors are good. That's the problem.

Good enough that no one questions why the CPA’s plan, the attorney’s plan, and the advisor’s plan don’t add up to one plan.

They’re not incompetent. They’re just not talking to each other.

You’re the only one who ever sees all three at once — and it’s costing you the two things you can’t get back: your time, and the wealth that slips through gaps nobody was ever positioned to catch.

OUR STORY

Our Story

The failure isn’t bad advice. It’s good advice that never talks to the other good advice. A tax strategy engineered in isolation. A trust drafted without anyone checking what it would do to the tax strategy. A portfolio built without either. Each piece defensible on its own. The whole thing quietly bleeding time and wealth nobody can trace back to a single bad decision — because there wasn’t one.

That’s not a competence problem. It’s a structural one. No CPA is paid to think about your trust. No attorney is paid to think about your portfolio. Every advisor optimizes their own lane and calls the job done — and the client is left holding three excellent, disconnected plans, spending their own time trying to catch what three professionals, each doing their job correctly, all missed.

EWP360 exists to be the job nobody else is doing: accountable for the whole picture, not a slice of it. A named Advanced Planning Team, backed by a Fractional Family Office Team of 65+ vetted specialists, so when a gap surfaces between the CPA’s plan and the attorney’s plan, it doesn’t wait for next year’s review. Someone with the right expertise is already there to close it.

That's the coordination EWP360 was built to provide.

OUR MODEL

Our Model

The structure behind the promise. One team, accountable for the whole picture — backed by the specialists to act on it.

We don't replace your advisors. We coordinate them into one team — and fill the gaps with a deep bench.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Coordination and implementation. That's how we protect and grow your wealth, and give you back your time.

Most advisory relationships are built around a single discipline — a CPA who handles taxes, an attorney who handles documents, a wealth manager who handles a portfolio. Each does good work in isolation. What’s missing is someone accountable for how the pieces fit together.

That’s the gap EWP360 was built to close. We run a structured coordination process — Diagnostic, Prioritization, Education, Implementation, Review — backed by a Fractional Family Office Team of 65+ vetted specialists, so tax strategy, legal work, and wealth decisions get made with the same information, at the same time.

That’s the role EWP360 plays.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

What You Can Count On

Named Team, Not Rotating

You work with Ed Kollada and a consistent Advanced Planning Team — not a call center or a rotating point of contact.

Built to Last Beyond One Plan

Coordination doesn't stop at implementation. We revisit the plan as your life and your team change.

Real Bench, Not a Rolodex

WHO LEADS THIS

Led Personally by Ed Kollada, CPA, CFP®

Ed founded Elite Wealth Partners after more than three decades in accounting, banking, investment management, and advanced tax strategy — including roles at Arthur Young, Lehman Brothers, American National Bank, Strategic Retirement Partners, and FourStar Wealth Advisors, working with growing middle-market companies and high-net-worth families.  He also had successful exits from The Business Development Group and American Chartered Bank.

That range of experience — starting in accounting, holding senior leadership roles in banking, running his own firms, advising business owners through complex transactions, and managing investments — is exactly what makes Ed effective at leading a coordinated advisory team today. He’s sat on every side of the table: as the accountant reading the numbers, the advisor giving counsel, and the owner making the calls. That perspective is why CPAs, attorneys, and specialists work well under his direction — he knows how each discipline thinks, where their advice typically stops short, and how to translate a tax strategy, a legal structure, and an investment decision into one coherent plan instead of three separate conversations. For business owners and high-net-worth families, that means a single point of accountability overseeing a team built to get results, not just deliver opinions.

Tracy Miller

Tracy Miller began her career after attending San Diego State University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She later received her Masters in Health and Wellness Psychology from the University of the Rockies.

She has worked within several settings in the health and wellness space, notably an Integrated Physical Medicine office, where she managed and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the office and helped to open a second office from the ground up. This integrated approach (Medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, exercise specialists, and massage therapists) compliments what Elite Resource Team has built: a collaborative one-stop shop. In this industry, financial advisors, accountants, and the Virtual Family Office work together to investigate personal needs/problems and to provide a solution full of value to the client.

Tracy has taken her past experiences and evolved into her position as the VFO Liaison. All the roles she has held have been client/people-forward, and she has helped to guide, diffuse situations, and investigate to problem-solve, which she continues to excel in at Elite.

She currently lives in Pasadena, CA. Outside of work, Tracy is a Yoga teacher (loves to teach and take classes), avid baker and cook, and enjoys a good book.
