Our Process

How It Works

A structured, repeatable process for coordinating tax, legal, wealth, and risk planning — built around you, and built to work with the CPA and attorney you already trust.

THE PROBLEM

The Coordination Gap

Most high-net-worth individuals and business owners don’t lack advice. They lack coordination.

Your CPA recommends a new entity structure. Your attorney suggests updating your estate plan. Your wealth manager proposes a portfolio change. Your insurance professional flags a coverage gap. All good advice — delivered separately, on separate timelines, by people who rarely talk to each other.

Who connects it? Who tracks what’s been decided and what’s still open? Who makes sure your CPA and attorney are working from the same plan?

That's the gap MAP was built to close.

We don't replace your advisors. We give them a structure to work together.

A REPEATABLE PROCESS, NOT A ONE-TIME PROJECT

Seven Steps. Two Phases. Your Whole Team Involved.

Your CPA and attorney are part of the process…

PROACTIVE PLANNING PHASE

01

Diagnostic

Review your full financial picture to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities.

Your role: Complete the diagnostic, share documents and goals.
CPA/Attorney’s role: Share relevant history on request.
Our role: Lead the diagnostic, prioritize what matters most.

02

Alignment

Formalize scope and priorities so everyone understands their role before moving forward.

Your role: Review and confirm priorities.
CPA/Attorney’s role: Weigh in on relevant priorities.
Our role: Document scope, keep everyone aligned.

03

Explore

Determine whether your situation calls for expertise beyond your current team.

Your role: Approve specialist involvement.
CPA/Attorney’s role: Flag areas where outside expertise helps.
Our role: Identify and coordinate the right specialists.

04

Deeper Dive

Focused analysis — entity modeling, tax projections — when complexity requires it.

Your role: Provide additional information as needed.
CPA/Attorney’s role: Review relevant findings.
Our role: Run the analysis, validate the direction.

05

Educate

Present coordinated strategy options and walk through tradeoffs — with your CPA or attorney in the room where it matters.

Your role: Evaluate options, ask questions.

CPA/Attorney’s role: Weigh in on relevant strategies.

Our role: Present clearly, model outcomes.

SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

06

Review and approve

Before anything moves, you see the full execution plan — timelines, responsibilities, and costs.

Your role: Review, ask questions, give final approval.
CPA/Attorney’s role: Confirm the plan works from their side.
Our role: Ensure nothing proceeds without full sign-off.

07

Implementation

We coordinate execution across your entire advisory team and track it through completion.

Your role: Approve documents as requested.
CPA/Attorney’s role: Execute pieces within their scope.
Our role: Coordinate, track deadlines, follow through.

THIS DOESN'T END AT IMPLEMENTATION

An Ongoing Process, Not a One-Time Event

MAP doesn’t stop once a strategy is executed. We revisit your plan throughout the year, track what’s still open, and reassess as your situation changes.

✓ Ongoing check-ins throughout the year

✓ Annual diagnostic and priority review

✓ Continued coordination with your CPA and attorney
