A coordinated team across five disciplines — yours to deploy, under your name.
Compliance work fills your calendar and barely moves your margins, while the advisory work — the kind that actually grows a practice — never gets built.
More returns, more filings, more extensions — and margins that keep compressing no matter how much of it you take on.
The hours that could go toward advisory work are already spoken for by the work that pays the least per hour.
Your clients’ more complex needs — tax strategy, business planning, estate coordination — are getting handled somewhere, by someone charging for it.
Practices built around advisory work carry more value than ones built entirely around compliance, because advisory relationships are what actually justify a premium.
300,000+ accountants have left the profession since 2020.

With fewer people available to do the work, the firms building advisory capacity — not just adding more compliance hours — are the ones positioned to grow.
Elite Wealth Partners was founded to solve a problem most high-net-worth families run into eventually: their advisors don’t talk to each other. A CPA handles taxes. An attorney handles the trust. An insurance agent handles risk. Each does good work, but no one is accountable for how the pieces fit together — and that gap is where the real cost hides.
We built EWP360 to close that gap. We coordinate the team you already have — CPA, attorney, insurance — and bring specialists, including investment management, to fill the gaps, all working from a single, shared plan. Tax strategy, legal work, and wealth decisions get made with the same information, at the same time — not in sequence, months apart.
Most of this advisory work involves clients earning $500K+ in income or paying $150K+ in taxes — exactly the clients already inside a CPA’s book. They’re typically among the most profitable clients a practice has.
You work with Ed Kollada and a consistent Advanced Planning Team — not a call center or a rotating point of contact.
No product shelf. No conflicts. Ed's only obligation is to you and your client.
Coordination doesn't stop at implementation. We revisit the plan as your client's life changes and your practice grows.
Ed founded Elite Wealth Partners after more than three decades in accounting, banking, investment management, and advanced tax strategy — including roles at Arthur Young, Lehman Brothers, American National Bank, Strategic Retirement Partners, and FourStar Wealth Advisors, working with growing middle-market companies and high-net-worth families. He also had successful exits from The Business Development Group and American Chartered Bank.
That range of experience — starting in accounting, holding senior leadership roles in banking, running his own firms, advising business owners through complex transactions, and managing investments — is exactly what makes Ed effective at leading a coordinated advisory team today. He’s sat on every side of the table: as the accountant reading the numbers, the advisor giving counsel, and the owner making the calls. That perspective is why CPAs, attorneys, and specialists work well under his direction — he knows how each discipline thinks, where their advice typically stops short, and how to translate a tax strategy, a legal structure, and an investment decision into one coherent plan instead of three separate conversations. For business owners and high-net-worth families, that means a single point of accountability overseeing a team built to get results, not just deliver opinions.
The shift wasn’t a new service line — it was concentrating on the advisory work that was already walking through the door instead of referring it away.
Recurring advisory revenue commands a higher exit multiple than compliance work. Advisory relationships are stickier, more profitable, and worth more to a buyer than a book of tax returns.

Tracy Miller began her career after attending San Diego State University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She later received her Masters in Health and Wellness Psychology from the University of the Rockies.
She has worked within several settings in the health and wellness space, notably an Integrated Physical Medicine office, where she managed and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the office and helped to open a second office from the ground up. This integrated approach (Medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, exercise specialists, and massage therapists) compliments what Elite Resource Team has built: a collaborative one-stop shop. In this industry, financial advisors, accountants, and the Virtual Family Office work together to investigate personal needs/problems and to provide a solution full of value to the client.
Tracy has taken her past experiences and evolved into her position as the VFO Liaison. All the roles she has held have been client/people-forward, and she has helped to guide, diffuse situations, and investigate to problem-solve, which she continues to excel in at Elite.
She currently lives in Pasadena, CA. Outside of work, Tracy is a Yoga teacher (loves to teach and take classes), avid baker and cook, and enjoys a good book.
