Tax strategy, business advisory, estate coordination — delivered under your name, without hiring a single specialist.
Compliance work fills your calendar and barely moves your margins, while the advisory work — the kind that actually grows a practice — never gets built.
More returns, more filings, more extensions — and margins that keep compressing no matter how much of it you take on.
The hours that could go toward advisory work are already spoken for by the work that pays the least per hour.
Your clients’ more complex needs — tax strategy, business planning, estate coordination — are getting handled somewhere, by someone charging for it.
Practices built around advisory work carry more value than ones built entirely around compliance, because advisory relationships are what actually justify a premium.
300,000+ accountants have left the profession since 2020.

With fewer people available to do the work, the firms building advisory capacity — not just adding more compliance hours — are the ones positioned to grow.
Elite Wealth Partners was founded to solve a problem most high-net-worth families run into eventually: their advisors don’t talk to each other. A CPA handles taxes. An attorney handles the trust. An advisor handles investments. Each does good work, but no one is looking at the whole picture — and the gaps between them are where the real cost hides.
We built EWP360 around a different model. Rather than adding one more advisor to the mix, we coordinate the team you already have — CPA, attorney, insurance, investments — and bring in specialists to fill the gaps, all working from a single, shared plan.
Combining advanced planning with a true family office experience
Most advisory relationships are built around a single discipline — a CPA who handles taxes, an attorney who handles documents, a wealth manager who handles a portfolio. Each does good work in isolation. What’s missing is someone accountable for how the pieces fit together.
That’s the gap EWP360 was built to close. We don’t add another voice to the mix — we give the team you already trust a structure to work from, so tax strategy, legal work, and wealth decisions are made with the same information, at the same time, instead of in sequence months apart.
You work with Ed Kollada and a consistent Advanced Planning Team — not a call center or a rotating point of contact.
No product shelf. No conflicts. Ed's only obligation is to you.
Coordination doesn't stop at implementation. We revisit the plan as your life and your team change.
Ed founded Elite Wealth Partners after more than three decades in accounting, banking, investment management, and advanced tax strategy — including roles at Arthur Young, Lehman Brothers, American National Bank, Strategic Retirement Partners, and FourStar Wealth Advisors, working with growing middle-market companies and high-net-worth families. He also had successful exits from The Business Development Group and American Chartered Bank.
That range of experience — sitting inside a bank, running his own firms, advising business owners through complex transactions, and managing investments — is exactly what makes Ed effective at leading a coordinated advisory team today. He’s sat on both sides of the table: as the advisor giving counsel, and as the owner making the calls. That perspective is why CPAs, attorneys, and specialists work well under his direction — he knows how each discipline thinks, where their advice typically stops short, and how to translate a tax strategy, a legal structure, and an investment decision into one coherent plan instead of three separate conversations. For business owners and high-net-worth families, that means a single point of accountability overseeing a team built to get results, not just deliver opinions.

Tim brings over 25 years of experience in finance, tax strategy, and advisory leadership to his role as In-House CPA at Elite Resource Team. He plays a dual role—leading the firm’s internal financial operations and supporting a national network of advisors and accountants through strategic tax planning and proactive financial guidance.
At Elite RT, Tim oversees all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting, tax compliance, and internal controls. He also serves as a key contributor within the firm’s Virtual Family Office, helping advisors implement customized tax strategies for business owners and high-net-worth clients across the country.
Tim’s career includes senior leadership roles at Private Client Services, LPL Financial, and Enterprise Community Investment, where he not only managed financial and regulatory operations but also worked closely with advisors to improve their tax planning strategies, streamline back-office functions, and deliver greater value to their clients. His experience spans cost basis reporting, LIHTC fund management, renewable energy finance, and advisor enablement within broker-dealer and RIA platforms.
He also served as a strategic tax advisor at McGill & Hill Group, consulting directly with high-net-worth business owners—particularly in the dental and medical sectors—to optimize financial performance and reduce tax liabilities.
Earlier in his career, Tim worked at Ernst & Young and CohnReznick, advising Fortune 500 companies on R&D and historic tax credits, real estate finance, and complex tax structures. He also served as an adjunct professor at Winthrop University, teaching courses in finance and accounting within the Department of Accounting, Finance & Economics.

Tracy Miller began her career after attending San Diego State University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She later received her Masters in Health and Wellness Psychology from the University of the Rockies.
She has worked within several settings in the health and wellness space, notably an Integrated Physical Medicine office, where she managed and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the office and helped to open a second office from the ground up. This integrated approach (Medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, exercise specialists, and massage therapists) compliments what Elite Resource Team has built: a collaborative one-stop shop. In this industry, financial advisors, accountants, and the Virtual Family Office work together to investigate personal needs/problems and to provide a solution full of value to the client.
Tracy has taken her past experiences and evolved into her position as the VFO Liaison. All the roles she has held have been client/people-forward, and she has helped to guide, diffuse situations, and investigate to problem-solve, which she continues to excel in at Elite.
She currently lives in Pasadena, CA. Outside of work, Tracy is a Yoga teacher (loves to teach and take classes), avid baker and cook, and enjoys a good book.
